And Lara Worthington (née Bingle), 34, isn’t letting Sydney’s harsh Covid-19 lockdowns get in the way of maintaining her famous physique.

‘I spent the whole of 2020 at home in Los Angeles locked down with [my husband] Sam and our three sons,’ the blonde explained.

Lara said she’s been doing at-home Pilates workouts while locked down in Sydney, and has even set up her very own gym.

‘Fortunately I have worked out a way to implement exercise into my daily routine by streaming workouts from Fluidform Pilates, which I highly recommend,’ she said.

Lara is currently holed up in Sydney with her husband Sam Worthington, 44, and their three young songs: Rocket, 6, Racer, 4, and 15-month-old River.

The family moved back home to Australia in January this year, after spending the better part of a decade living in the US.

‘Also spending time with my family at the beach is something I am cherishing. These moments at the beach are special and remind me of my childhood.’
